What types of logistics services do you provide?

What is DDP, and how does it work?

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is an Incoterm in which the seller assumes all responsibilities and costs associated with transporting the goods to the buyer’s location. This includes shipping, duties, taxes, and customs clearance. The seller handles the entire logistics process, ensuring the goods are delivered to the buyer’s doorstep without any additional obligations for the buyer. It is a hassle-free option for buyers as they do not need to manage customs or pay any import-related fees.

How long does it take to ship goods from China to the USA?

Shipping times depend on the method of transportation. Air freight typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks, while sea freight ranges from 25 to 45 days. We also offer train freight services for European clients, depending on their specific requirements.

What are the payment terms for logistics and inspection services?

For inspection services, customers are required to pay 40% of the payment upfront and 60% upon completion of the service. For logistics services, full payment (100%) is required before shipment. For sample delivery services, 100% payment is required before service initiation.
