Frequently Asked Questions
We deploy qualified QC inspectors directly to your supplier's factory in China. They carry out pre-production, during-production, or pre-shipment inspections following AQL 2.5 standards, supplying you with detailed photo/video reports within 24 hours.
Our primary consolidation warehouse is located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, which is a global trade hub with direct access to air and sea ports. Our US distribution partner warehouse is in Trenton, New Jersey, offering prompt domestic shipping.
Yes! Consolidation is one of our primary solutions. We receive goods from multiple factories at our Shenzhen warehouse, organize them, pack them securely, and load them into a single FCL container to save you massive freight fees.
Once we receive your product samples at our professional studio, our typical turnaround is 5 to 7 business days. We provide ultra-high resolution JPEG imagery (pure white backgrounds and lifestyles) and fully edited HD video.
We offer sea freight (FCL & LCL), air freight (3–7 days), China–Europe rail freight (10–25 days), domestic China trucking, and cross-border road transport. Each mode is optimized for different budget, speed, and cargo-type requirements.
Sea freight to the US West Coast (Los Angeles, Long Beach) takes 18–22 days from Shenzhen. East Coast ports (New York, Savannah) take 30–40 days. LCL (shared container) shipments may add 5–7 days for consolidation/deconsolidation.
Standard documents include a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (or Airway Bill), and an Import Customs Bond (for the US). Depending on the product and destination, you may also need a Certificate of Origin, MSDS sheets, CE marking, or specific import permits.
Yes. We provide full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, where we manage export customs in China, international freight, import customs clearance, duty and tax payment, and last-mile delivery at the destination. This gives you a single, predictable all-in invoice.
If an inspection uncovers defects, incorrect quantities, or specification mismatches, we hold the shipment and send you a full report with photos before anything is loaded. You decide whether to request a rework from the supplier, ship as-is at a renegotiated price, or cancel the order — nothing leaves China without your written approval.
Yes. A large share of our clients are placing their first China order and don't yet have an existing supplier relationship or logistics setup. We help vet the factory, explain the paperwork in plain language, and handle shipments as small as a single sample box, scaling up with you as your order volume grows.
