Dr. Arshad has successfully led multiple businesses, including procurement and trading companies, where he managed international supplier relations and streamlined logistics operations across China, Pakistan, and other regions. As a procurement manager and founder of several ventures, he demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations, quality assurance, and supply chain optimization.

Dr. Muhammad Umair is a highly skilled automotive engineer with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan. His expertise lies in vehicle dynamics, nonlinear vibration isolation, and advanced mechanical design.
With extensive experience in research and industrial roles, Umair has contributed significantly to projects involving high-static-low-dynamic-stiffness (HSLDS) isolators and nonlinear damping systems.
