Code of Conduct:
All employees, contractors, and factory-floor inspectors are expected to uphold the same standard of integrity when representing Googol Traders — whether negotiating with a supplier, conducting a pre-shipment audit, or communicating with a client. This includes strict compliance with anti-bribery practices, accurate reporting of inspection findings, and confidentiality of client shipment and pricing data.
Reporting Concerns:
Any employee who witnesses a safety violation, ethical breach, or workplace concern can report it directly to HR or through our confidential reporting channel, without fear of retaliation. Every report is reviewed within five business days, and outcomes are documented as part of our ongoing compliance record.
