For Amazon and e-commerce sellers
FBA-ready inspection, prep and freight for marketplace sellers.
Marketplace sellers carry two risks at once: a supplier that ships a variant you cannot sell, and cartons the receiving centre will not accept. We inspect against your approved sample before dispatch, then prep the cartons to the receiving requirements of the marketplace you sell on.
Because goods often come from several suppliers, we receive them at our Shenzhen or Yiwu warehouse, consolidate them into one shipment, and hold stock until you need the next replenishment.
What changes for you
| Your challenge | How we handle it | Services involved |
|---|---|---|
| Goods arriving from several suppliers | Consolidate into one shipment at our China warehouse | Warehousing and consolidation |
| Cartons rejected at the receiving centre | Prepare to the receiving requirements: FNSKU labelling, poly-bagging, carton marking | FBA prep |
| A defect found only after the goods ship | Inspect against the approved sample before dispatch, with a photo and video report | Product inspection |
| Listing images that do not convert | Shoot samples in our Shenzhen studio without shipping them overseas | Photography and videography |
Frequently asked questions
Do you label cartons to Amazon's requirements?
We prepare FBA cartons - FNSKU labelling, poly-bagging, bundling and carton marking - to the receiving requirements of the marketplace you sell on. Confirm the current requirements for your destination marketplace before the cartons are sealed, because they change.
Can you hold my inventory and ship in batches?
Yes. Goods can be stored at our China warehouse and dispatched as you need them, so you are not forced into one large shipment per production run.
Do you inspect before or after prep?
Inspection happens before dispatch and, for FBA work, before the cartons are sealed, so a defect is caught while it can still be corrected at the factory.
Can I combine several suppliers in one shipment?
Yes, and that is the usual pattern. We receive from each supplier and consolidate into a single shipment, which normally costs less than several part-loads.
